Wallpapers, wonders and nerd rage. February 11, 2011 Posted by Mookie
There's a new Donation Wallpaper up for your approval. I think it makes Dominic look pretty badass and I hope you folks like it.

There are times when I simply marvel at the age we live in, and I mean that sincerely. Yesterday I found myself watching the Tahrir Square protests in Egypt streaming live onto my computer via Al Jazeera and BBC alternatively (I switched to whoever had the better signal at the time) and realized I was witnessing history as it happened from around the world in my living room. What struck me was seeing the surge of disappointment and anger rise from the crowd at Mubarak's speech. I never thought I would say I was watching a potential revolution on another continent as it happened from the safety of my desk.

It's not the most profound revelation on the wonders of technology, but I never claimed to be a profound guy.

On a much nerdier note, I just read the latest issue of one of my favorite ongoing comics, Justice League: Generation Lost. If the ending to this sticks, I swear I'm giving up superhero comics forever.

That's all from me for now.
Rock on and have a nice weekend!
