I am so excited to announce that the Kickstarter campaign to fund the printing of Dwarves of Kadaz: REVOLUTION reached its funding goal on Monday afternoon! I am over the moon with gratitude.
With every campaign that I do, my wife likes to be the first one to make a pledge and my mother-in-law watches the numbers so she can be the one to make it cross the finish line. This campaign was like all the others in that regard, with my wife staying up late to be the first pledge and her mom being the pledge that made it hit the goal. That is was the combined efforts of a mother and daughter that made the revolution book happen is not lost on me.
Even though the campaign has reached its funding goal, it hasn’t ended yet! There are still two full weeks to go and that’s an opportunity to reach for Stretch Goals! I’ll be putting those Stretch Goals on the campaign page as soon as I can manage… which may be tricky, since this week is my son’s winter break from school and he’s insistent on playing both the Remnant update for No Man’s Sky and the new season of Deep Rock Galactic together. I could have worse problems.
All in all, I’m thrilled about the success of the campaign. After twenty-plus years of making comics, and these new stories having entirely new characters, I realize how lucky I am to still have folks like you who care about my work. I never take your support for granted and I will always do my best to make sure your faith in me is rewarded.
