Now that we’re a little further into the new year I feel like it’s time to share where I’ll be traveling for conventions! I’m not a guest or panelist at any of these shows (except for ConnectiCon’s Death Match) so come on by and chat with me at my table in the vendor hall or artist’s alley. I’m there open-to-close every day.
My first stop is a new one for me, Northeast Comic Con! I only became aware of this show recently and it’s relatively close to where I live, so I figured I’d give it a try! I’ll likely be in an especially chipper mood because I’ll be sleeping in my own bed every night!
The next month I’m returning to AwesomeCon! I’ve been going to this one for several years and it’s always a good time, but this time I’ll be tabling without Garth! We’ve been doing our solo projects so long now that sharing a table is no longer realistic. We’re still good buddies, but alas I shall be solo this year. Come keep me company!
Following that will be my return to another convention on my home turf, Anime Boston! This show is near and dear to my heart, and I always have a blast meeting folks and chatting. The crowds can get pretty intense but I promise it’s worth it.
I get a short break in June before my July gets busy! I’ll be returning to the midwest for the first time in many years for O-Con Expo! I have family out in Nebraska who’s been asking me to visit for ages, so with the intent of attending new conventions for 2025 I looked to see if anything was in their area. I discovered O-Con Expo, applied, and was accepted! Come welcome me to a new city!
That very next week is ConnectiCon. I may not live in Connecticut but this show is my home. I have so much history and heart tied up with ConnectiCon that it’s impossible to separate me from it. I will reunite with Garth behind a table and, as always, host the Cosplay Death Match. Come see why I always make a huge deal about this show!
The last show on my 2025 schedule, for now, is DragonCon. I can’t say enough good things about the heart and soul of this show, and how it’s miraculously managed to keep both despite its gigantic size. This four-day marathon is worth every moment and, also for the first time, I’ll be tabling without Garth, so please come by and keep me company!
I’ll talk about more shows as they come up, if I apply and/or get accepted into any more late into 2025. But until then, this is where to find me!
